Miranda's Wedding - Violet Full Length Convertible Dress

You would think only a brave woman could say to her hubby-to-be "So, Hunny, you will be in deep Plum Purple suit with a pale blue shirt, which will match in nicely with the girls in their bright Violet Bridesmaid Dresses..  OH! And I've found these awesome bright Yellow and Orange full breasted suits at Lowes for the groomsmen..."!

Likewise, you would think only a brave man would propose to be wife-to-be by asking her to pick out a stubby cooler from the kitchen cupboard for a "Lucky Dip" (then ask Dad's permission), but that's what these two crazy cats are all about! Relaxed fun and lots of laughs. Luckily for Adam, Miranda picked the right stubby cooler!

THIS is one wedding I wish I had an invite to! While most brides are frighted of getting their wedding dress dirty.. Miranda came in on a flying fox over a giant muddy dam.. with her 6 foot custom made lace train flapping the wind behind her!

Adam and Miranda were married in February 2014 on their property in rural Victoria with the bush land as their backdrop. Their 70 guests partying in the marquee erected in the back paddock which was decorated to match the gorgeous bright colours of the wedding party.

Miranda's Bridesmaids Yasmin and Michelle wore the Lucy and Loo Full Length Gown in Violet Purple - which they purchased from Melissa E Bridal in Ballarat.

Miranda's dress was custom made by Beau at the House of Bespoke Couture in Ballarat.

Congratulations Mr and Mr's Holden xx

Erin's Wedding - Coral Cocktail Length Lucy and Loo Convertible Dresses

Erin and her new hubby can't quite agree on how they first met. Erin believes it was from their local sporting club, however Andrew insists it was a night club. At least they can agree on one thing..
Spending the rest of their lives together.

On their first Christmas morning together in their new home, Andrew popped the question.

Shortly after this, Erin discovered Lucy and Loo through Facebook and entered a competition
to win her Bridesmaid Dresses. Through a collaborated effort by Erin and her four bridesmaids
Kate, Rebecca, Kirbie and Kelly... the girls fought to the very last minute in a nail biting finish.

Erin's total prize pool was worth $780.

Erin and Andrew were married in February 2014 at St Joseph's Catholic Church in Iona.

Their 85 guests joining them at Silverwater Resort in San Remo (Philip Island).
Some of their guests travelling from as far away as Ireland, Scotland and England.

Erin says "The girls absolutely loved their Lucy and Loo Dresses. They each picked how they wanted to wear them and they looked amazing!! (They are already getting another workout!)

Look at the GORGEOUS Coral colour in this bouquet!

Congratulations Mr and Mrs O'Brien! xx

Shannon's Wedding - Ivory Convertible Bridesmaid Dresses

When Shannon and Michael met at a party in Wellington NZ in 2008, it was "Love at first site". The couple now live in Brisbane, however decided to travel back to their homeland New Zealand to marry.

Shannon's Bridesmaids are wearing Lucy and Loo Convertible Cocktail Length Dresses in Ivory.

"Michael and I married on 11th January 2014 at Woodlands Historic Homestead with 115 of our family and friends. I had always wanted to marry in a peaceful garden setting so I was so happy when I found this venue. It was perfect! Built in 1872, Woodlands is a unique and very beautiful historic New Zealand villa homestead with stunning gardens and fertile farm land situated 10 minutes from Hamilton city."

Both the ceremony and reception were held at this venue...guests were able to enjoy walking around the gardens during photos.

"We arrived to the ceremony in vintage cars, A 58 nomad and 64 ford Fairlane and I walked down the isle to Mark Wilkinson "Love High"."

"My bridesmaids were my very good friends Eileen, Amanda, Caitlin and Ruby and my maid of honour was my sister Natalie.

My bridesmaid Caitlin who has recently started her own business as feBella flowers did the most amazing job with the bouquets. My bouquet had a wire an twisted willow frame with peace lilies, Singapore orchids, and hanging amaranths. It also had an ivy loop an a wee cluster of roses at the back for extra depth. We wend for an earthy/rustic feel with lots of greenery and a huge table centerpiece filled with lush greenery too. The groomsmen buttonholes matched the flowers that the bridesmaids wore in their hair."

"The girls carried lace parasols that I found on Pinkfrosting.com They matched in so well with their dresses.

My dress come from a store here in Australia LuvBridal..the Designers name is Mia Solano. I loved it from the first moment with its beautiful lace."

"An Old school friend was our photographer Crimson Flair photography."

"I had a 3 tier chocolate mud cake which had pale peach lace patterned on to it with 3 ombre flowers from Sweet Little Treat - Cakes by Karin"

"The girls were so pleased with the convertible dresses. They all looked amazing in them! and the colour went to well with everything. It was great they were able to be comfortable and have the style which suited them each individually. I had so many people asking me where I had found the dresses :)"

Danika - Navy Blue Convertible Dress

We love getting testimonials like this...

Danika is the General Manager of Beaches of Broome who recently won the 'Best Backpacker Accommodation' award from WA Tourism's night of nights. She wore her Lucy and Loo Navy Full Length Convertible Dress...

"I love, love, love my Lucy and Loo!"

"My little home of Broome, Western Australia, doesn't really offer much in the way of retail therapy - especially not when trying to find a formal dress for an awards dinner to be held in Perth. After a bit of research I decided that I wanted a convertible dress. There were so many companies that make these kind of dresses, all promising the world..and coming from all over the world! Being a bigger girl, I was nervous that I would end up with awful clingy material, the wrong shape, plus the worry that it wouldn't get there in time for my event....and then I found the Lucy and Loo site! After a few minutes of looking at the gallery of beautiful woman of all so shapes and sizes, I made a call to the lovely Leah who instantly put my mind at ease! Within no time I was completely confident with my choice - the dress would arrive on time, would be made in Australia in the quality fabric promised and would be suit my lumps and bumps. A few emails back and forth (whilst I tried to decide on the colour) and the dress was made and on its way to WA."

"In early November I stood in front of 900 odd people making an acceptance speech at the 2013 Western Australian Tourism Awards, dressed in my beautiful navy Lucy and Loo dress...and I felt amazing!!"

"From the first phone call, the emails back and forth, sharing my excitement and nerves leading up to the awards and the follow up afterwards, Leah has offered truly wonderful service, and I cannot thank her enough! The dress has come out a few times since then, each time a different style and getting more compliments....I absolutely love it! I'm already trying to decide which colour I want to wear for next years awards!"
